B1 & B2 : Classics Comeback
It’s bananas time!! 🍌 🍌
On April 1st, we will reveal our new menu, completely redesigned. And we’re bringing back a few classics, putting Honeyful’s spin on it.
Beginning with many people’s favorite dessert like banoffee pie. With the technique that we’ve been honing in-house, we’ve whipped up a wonderful banana honey caramel and incorporate it into various components. The dark chocolate ganache and crumble offers contrasting textures and compliments natural sweetness from the bananas. The creation process involves a lot of fine-tuning each layer to achieve the best balance of flavors.
To top it off, dine-in customers will be served a pair of torched honey-glazed bananas which inspired us to call our newest dessert B1 & B2.
